We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our corporate hiring function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth.

Location- Panchkula
Role & responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Preferred candidate profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on corporate hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
