Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and supervise junior staff
- Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Review reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Improve accounting systems and internal controls

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience in handling audits and finalization of accounts
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced Excel
- Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills

These positions are required to support our ongoing operations and ensure efficient handling of accounting and financial activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
