Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Duty Manager for our 8-screen multiplex cinema cafeteria. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience similar to hotel, restaurant, or QSR standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong forecasting, planning, and leadership skills to effectively manage F&B; operations, staff, and financial performance. The primary goal is to maximize sales and revenue through superior customer service and effective team management.

Responsibilities and Duties
Café Operations

- Overall responsibility for café operations and sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality food and efficient service.
- Supervise daily activities including staff performance, facilities, operations, and cost control.
- Set team targets/goals and work consistently towards achieving them.
- Design and update menus, manage procurement, and implement continuous improvements.
- Oversee café operations including staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Manage order processing for food supplies and kitchen requirements.
- Support and coordinate marketing and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales, operational performance, and productivity.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management.




- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant/café management software.
- Graduate/Undergraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality/Hotel Management, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent multitasking, delegation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capable of managing staff and achieving financial/operational targets.

Age: Below 40 years
Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage)

Ability to Commute: Tiruppur, Erode, Pollachi – Tamil Nadu (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Must relocate to Tiruppur, Erode, or Pollachi before starting work (Required)
