About the Role

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with job applicants.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and spreadsheets.
- Post job openings on various job portals.
- Assist with resume screening.
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with career gaps are encouraged to apply.
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
