About the Organization

Mahabodhi is a fast-growing organization working across Information, Education & Communication (IEC), Government Projects, Manpower Supply, Event Management, Public Relations, Social Media Campaigns, CSR initiatives, and Development Sector Projects.

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Tender Head to lead and manage tendering activities, business opportunities, bid management, and government procurement processes across multiple sectors.

Job Summary

The Tender Head will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring documentation compliance, and driving business growth through successful acquisition of government and institutional projects.

The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of Government e-procurement systems, GEM, CPP Portal, tender documentation, bid preparation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track tender opportunities from GEM, CPP Portal, government departments, PSUs, CSR agencies, and institutional clients.
- Lead complete tender lifecycle management from bid identification to submission.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals, EOI, RFP, RFQ, and bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collecting project information, credentials, certifications, and required documents.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements.
- Handle online tendering portals and e-procurement platforms.
- Maintain tender databases, bid status reports, and documentation records.




- Liaise with government departments, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support strategic business development initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify upcoming business opportunities.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Engineering
- Management
- Public Administration
- Or any relevant discipline

Experience

- 3–10 years of experience in:
- Government Tendering
- Bid Management
- GEM Portal
- Procurement Processes
- Government / CSR / Service Sector Projects

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with prior experience in:

- IEC Projects
- Government Consulting
- Manpower Supply Projects
- Event Management
- PR & Media Agencies
- CSR Projects
- Development Sector Organizations
- Public Sector Procurement

Required Skills

- Strong experience in GEM & E-tendering portals
- Tender documentation and proposal writing
- Bid strategy and project coordination
- Government procurement knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities
- MS Office and reporting expertise
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
