We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Call leads generated through CRM, social media, and other sources.
- Answer customer queries via calls and messages.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a sales environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
