Job Description: Telecalling Executive / Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers through phone calls using leads provided by the company, explaining our product/application, highlighting its benefits, and converting interested prospects into clients.

This is a desk-based role with no fieldwork involved. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the product/application features, benefits, and value proposition clearly.
- Address customer queries and provide relevant information to build interest and trust.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.




- Convert interested prospects into paying customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English and Gujarati Language.
- Confidence and clarity while speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement processes.
- Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales will be an advantage.
