IITIL is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Head to build and lead a scalable demand generation engine that supports pipeline growth and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, campaign management, and sales alignment within the IT Services or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies
- Build acquisition programs across inbound, outbound, digital, paid, organic, partner, and account-based marketing channels
- Manage lead nurturing and marketing campaigns
- Partner with Sales teams to generate qualified opportunities
- Define lead qualification and lead scoring processes
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track lead generation KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Lead and mentor the demand generation team
- Manage CRM,

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, or B2B Marketing
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Solutions
- Solid knowledge of:
- Demand Generation
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- CRM Platforms
- Marketing Automation
- Email Marketing
- Paid Media
- Lead Nurturing
- Campaign Analytics
