Role: Senior - AI/OPS Support

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Operations & Technology Support to manage and support enterprise AI platforms and production environments. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of AI/ML applications while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain AI/ML and Agentic AI applications in production.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with Engineering, Platform, Product, and Business teams.
- Improve monitoring, automation, and operational processes.




- Support cloud-based AI platforms and production deployments.
- Drive operational improvements using Agile and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 410 years of experience in AI Operations, Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Support.
- Experience supporting AI/ML applications and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Solid knowledge of monitoring, observability, incident management, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Python, Linux, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps concepts.
- Understanding of AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience.
