Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications within an IT service environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by performing manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across multiple platforms
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Ensure software meets quality, usability, and performance standards before release.




- Participate in QA process improvements and best practice implementation.
- Conduct compatibility and cross-browser testing for web projects.
- Collaborate in Agile development cycles and maintain test documentation.

Required Skill

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of QA experience in an IT services or digital agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in testing web applications (CMS, eCommerce, custom platforms).
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Understanding of APIs and database testing is a plus.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL queries for validating back-end data.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools will be an added advantage.
