Key Responsibilities

- Execution & Assembly: Supervise the entire Mivan cycle, including the layout, assembly, and stripping of slab, shear wall, column, and core wall systems.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret structural drawings and formwork layout plans to guarantee exact dimensional accuracy before concrete is poured.
- Quality & Alignment Control: Inspect panels, pins, wedges, wall ties, kickers, and supports. Use survey instruments to check for verticality, level, and alignment.
- Manpower Management: Direct and schedule teams of shuttering carpenters and laborers to maintain project timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety standards, conduct regular toolbox talks, and ensure the protected handling and storage of materials.
- Material Management: Monitor formwork inventory, prevent material damage, and minimize wastage. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
