Pentagon Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and expand our client base in the Facility Management and Manpower Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Promote Facility Management and Manpower Staffing services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Requirements





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in Unskilled Manpower Staffing is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Facility Management Services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Facility Management, Staffing, Recruitment, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong corporate network and client relationship skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
