Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven OPT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in U.S. recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and engaging F-1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Source and recruit F-1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various technology and non-technology roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS/CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, student communities, and professional networks.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve recruitment goals.
- Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, OPT/STEM OPT regulations, and the technology job market.




- Meet weekly and monthly hiring and sourcing targets.

Required Qualifications:-

- Graduate, MBA, MCA, or B.Tech .
- 1–3 years of experience in OPT recruitment, U.S. staffing, or IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, and the U.S. recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for Software Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Healthcare, and Business roles.
- Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
