About the Internship

We're building Perfectly Good, a startup on a mission to reduce food waste by helping people discover perfectly good surplus food from nearby cafés, bakeries and restaurants at unbeatable prices.

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be the face behind our content creating viral reels, capturing real customer experiences and driving app downloads through engaging social media content.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shoot and publish 1–2 Instagram Reels every day.

2. Visit partner cafés, bakeries and restaurants to capture authentic food and behind-the-scenes content.

3. Write engaging, high converting captions focused on affordability, urgency and food rescue.

4. Engage with followers through comments and DMs to encourage app downloads and build the community.

5. Create on-ground content at colleges, PGs, cafés and popular hangout spots in Bengaluru.

6. Identify trending audio, memes, and content formats and adapt them to the Perfectly Good brand.

7. Analyse content performance and continuously improve based on insights.

5. Have a solid interest in content creation, social media and startups.

Other Requirements:

- Comfortable shooting high quality content on a smartphone.

- Must own an iPhone (preferred for consistent, high-quality video capture).

- Understands Instagram Reels, trends, memes and viral content.

- Confident talking to people and creating content in public.

- Willing to travel within Bengaluru to shoot content at partner locations.

- Has a strong bias for execution over perfection.
