Job Description

Job Role: Technical Project Manager

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background to lead end-to-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile project management, client communication, team leadership, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing scope, risks, budgets, and resources.

- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

- Drive quality governance, KPIs, and continuous process improvements.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into successful project outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of Software Development experience.

- Minimum 4 years as a Software Project Manager or Delivery Manager.

- Robust knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Project Governance.

- Experience in Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Management, and Quality Assurance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
