Duties & Responsibilities

- Gain the good knowledge and understanding on account type : Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, and Expenses
Follow the AR & AP Process defined in the Process Manual with the client’s latest instructions.
- Gain the valuable knowledge and understanding on account type : Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, and Expenses
Download and save AR , AP , Bank Reconciliation & accounting and financial Statement (as assigned by the seniors) associated documents/information from DMS/client emails/PMS and store in centralised location for easy reference and processing
- Upon completion of Bank reconciliation.



Process all the necessary supporting reports from client’s accounting software and save it under respective folders and share the same with senior for review
- Input maximum no. of financial transactions i.e. Open Batches, journal entries and adjustment entries (with accuracy) possible in a given day (as assigned by the seniors)
- Review the AR ,AP and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts (as assigned by the seniors)
- Assist/guide trainee in processing various financial/month end related activities/processes
