Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess sound accounting knowledge, be capable of independently handling books of accounts, and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payments, collections, and ledger reconciliations.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), cash management, and monitor daily banking activities.
- Handle GST and TDS accounting, reconciliations, and support timely statutory filings.
- Process payroll accounting, including salary journals, PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and supporting schedules.




- Perform periodic reconciliations of bank, customer, vendor, inter-company, GST, and TDS accounts.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and audit-related information.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing of financial and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime with the ability to independently manage complete books of accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
