Position: Manager – Electrical Engineering

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Head – Electrical Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

- Project Design & Execution
- Develop and manage project designs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage engineering consultants; review and approve designs and documentation.
- Review equipment test reports and provide technical guidance.
- Represent the engineering team in project meetings and presentations.

Technical Studies & Compliance

- Conduct and coordinate load flow analysis, short-circuit studies, and power system studies for wind farms.
- Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, IEC, IEEE, CEA, and utility regulations.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation, and process improvements.
- Costing & Feasibility
- Support cost estimation, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis for wind energy projects.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.E. / M.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience:



8–10 years in wind farm electrical design, substations, and EHV transmission lines (up to 400 kV).

Knowledge

- Expertise in HV/MV/EHV electrical systems for wind projects.
- Proficiency in ETAP, PSCAD, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, CEA, and utility standards.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
