- Supervise banquet associates during functions and events.
- Ensure banquet halls are set up according to the event order (BEO).
- Conduct pre-function briefings and assign duties to staff.
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and skilled service.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for smooth event operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Maintain banquet equipment, linen, and inventory.
- Prepare post-event reports and submit them to the Banquet Manager.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
