Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, primarily focusing on major e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of e-commerce operations and a strong desire to learn and grow within this dynamic category. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing our online presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Platform Management: Manage and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and potentially other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Content Optimization: Create and optimize product descriptions, titles, images, and other content to improve search visibility and conversion rates on e-commerce portals.
- Promotional Activities: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns and deals on various platforms to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic,



and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders on e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback received through e-commerce portals in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn about new e-commerce platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of our online business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective e-commerce strategy.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
