About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting inquiries into successful sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy interacting with architects, homeowners, builders, and business clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.




- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1– 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
