About the Role
IT Admin- Head will lead the Company’s end-to-end technology and digital agenda with a transparent
focus on business impact. The role will anchor SAP B1 stabilization and adoption,
enable key functions through digital solutions, build robust reporting and analytics for
leadership, and drive pragmatic initiatives (including OT-IT integration) that improve
visibility, efficiency, and control across plants and function
This position reports directly to the CEO / Managing Director and will work closely with
business heads, along with the Board on key digital & analytics priorities
Key Responsibilities

- SAP B1 stabilization and optimization:

o Review the current SAP B1 setup (modules, master data, processes, and
reports) and drive ongoing improvements to strengthen processes, controls,
and user experience
o Standardize core processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay,
plan-to-produce, inventory) and enforce disciplined SAP usage across plants
o Establish clear processes for changes, issues, and enhancements, ensuring
high system uptime, data integrity, and disciplined master data governance

- Functional enablement (HR, Supply Chain etc.):

o Collaborate with HR to digitize and optimize HR processes using a dedicated
HRMS (attendance, payroll, leave, workforce and labour-compliance
tracking), and ensure appropriate integration with SAP
o Partner with Supply Chain and Operations for digitization of key processes
e.g., scientific inventory norms, procurement workflows etc.
o Support other functions with robust, system-driven processes and reports

- Business analytics and dashboards:

o Design and implement a coherent reporting framework for plant operations,
sales, finance, supply chain, and HR, using SAP, Excel/BI tools to build
intuitive dashboards for leadership and functional heads
o Automate management MIS and board packs wherever feasible, reducing
manual effort and improving timeliness and accuracy of decision-support





- OT-IT integration and digital operations:

o Develop and execute a pragmatic OT-IT roadmap to integrate key
machine/line data with a central layer for near real-time visibility
o Provide shop-floor and leadership with visual operational dashboards to
drive daily, data-based decision-making

- IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and support:

o Own networks, servers/cloud, endpoints, email, collaboration tools,
cybersecurity and core IT security (backups, access controls)
o Set up a lean IT support model with clear SLAs and responsive service for
plant and office users

- User training, adoption, and documentation:

o Create and maintain simple SOPs, process maps, and “how-to” guides in a
central, accessible repository
o Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement

- Governance, budgeting and policies:

o Develop an annual IT & digital roadmap and budget focused on high RoI
initiatives aligned to business priorities
o Monitor spend on infrastructure, licenses, and tools, ensuring prudence and
scalability as the business grows
o Define and enforce IT policies on access, usage, backup, and security

- Leadership and capability building:

o Act as a business partner to the CEO and functional heads on using
technology and data to improve productivity, cost, quality, and service
o Build and mentor a small IT & Digital team over time, balancing strategic
thinking with hands-on execution

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Master‘s

preferred)

- 10–15 years’ experience in IT / digital roles, with 3–5 years in a

leadership/program-lead role in manufacturing or process industry

- Strong hands-on experience stabilizing and optimizing ERP; SAP Business One

experience in a multi-plant manufacturing setup strongly preferred

- Exposure to HRMS, payroll/attendance integrations, supply chain process

automation, OT-IT integration, and BI/reporting

- Stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills
