About the Role

AI models are only as good as the data they're trained on. As a Data Associate, you'll

review, validate, and analyze datasets — audio, transcripts, and structured data — to help

ensure the information feeding our AI systems is accurate, consistent, and reliable. It's a

hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone early in their career who wants a genuine

foundation in AI and data quality work, not just another data-entry job.

What You'll Do

Support data collection, annotation, validation, and transcript-to-audio matching.
- Review audio files, transcripts, and datasets for accuracy and consistency; flag

mismatches, missing information, and quality gaps.

- Run quality checks to confirm datasets are reliable and ready for model training.
- Analyze data patterns, errors, and quality trends using Excel, Google Sheets, Power

BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Prepare clear reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings.
- Apply project guidelines consistently, and work across multiple AI tools and platforms,

adapting quickly as workflows evolve.

- Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.





What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

- Any bachelor's degree; a background in a tech field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in spotting errors.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML datasets, the model training process, and why data

quality matters to it.

- Transparent written and verbal communication for reporting issues and findings.
- Comfortable learning and switching between multiple AI tools and platforms.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You're Curious about AI, organized under deadlines,

comfortable with ambiguity, and looking to build a long-term foundation in data and AI rather

than just complete a checklist of tasks.
