Job Summary

The Central Purchase Head will lead the procurement function across three resorts, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost optimization, vendor management, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply of goods and services while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead centralized procurement operations across all three resorts.
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Source, negotiate, and manage key vendors and annual rate contracts.
- Ensure timely procurement of operational and capital requirements.
- Standardize purchasing policies and procurement processes across properties.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Stores to maintain optimum stock.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare procurement budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and management reports.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
- MBA or Professional Certification in Procurement/Supply Chain is preferred.

Experience

- 15+ years in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing procurement for multiple hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
