About Us

Shree Shyam Construction is an industrial contracting company specializing in industrial painting, protective coatings, waterproofing, epoxy flooring, grouting, and maintenance services for power plants, steel plants, cement plants, and commercial projects. We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring civil and waterproofing works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and waterproofing activities.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work schedules.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports, DPRs, and weekly project updates.
- Measure work quantities and prepare billing and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Support project planning, cost control, and timely completion.




- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in industrial projects, waterproofing, repair works, or commercial construction is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Understanding of waterproofing systems and repair techniques (preferred).
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Quantity estimation and measurement.
- Project coordination and execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.

Software Knowledge

- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation
