Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our premium PG. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals for residents while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 3 fresh meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Prepare tea and coffee twice a day.
- Plan daily menus and ensure food quality and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Manage kitchen inventory and inform management about grocery requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a cook in a PG, hostel, cafeteria, restaurant,



or similar setup.
- Ability to cook North Indian meals (knowledge of South Indian or other cuisines is an advantage).
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
