- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil / English) to engage effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented approach to accurately process customer orders
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles in a retail environment is a plus
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as per the store's schedule
