We are looking for passionate and skilled French Language Trainers to join our dynamic team at ITESKUL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive and result-oriented language sessions while helping students build strong French language proficiency for academic, professional and global opportunities. The role involves creating a motivating learning environment that encourages confidence, communication and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct French language sessions for levels A1 to B2, ensuring explicit understanding of concepts.
- Plan and execute lessons in line with the curriculum requirements.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and learner-focused sessions in online mode.
- Create well-structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support learning objectives.
- Monitor student progress and attendance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Support and mentor students preparing for internationally recognized certification exams such as DELF and DALF.
- Ensure strong student engagement,
active participation, and effective learning outcomes.
- Work closely with the academic team to improve curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in the French language (C1 preferred).
- DELF, DALF or an equivalent recognized certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning enjoyable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling both online and classroom training sessions.
- Good presentation, time management and classroom management skills.
- Experience in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
