Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, banking operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS preparation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Manage banking activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation and coordination.
- Handle daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage cash flow.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
- Support budgeting,



financial planning, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Work closely with internal departments to support smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory)
- Experience: 5–10 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Banking, LC/BG, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally or similar accounting software.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
