- Implement the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Carry out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Monitor work permits (Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical, Excavation, etc.).
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare investigation reports.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
- Conduct regular safety audits and compliance inspections.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.




- Inspect firefighting equipment and emergency response systems.
- Ensure emergency evacuation plans and mock drills are conducted.
- Monitor lifting operations, scaffolding, and work-at-height activities.
- Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and project teams on safety matters.
- Verify machinery, tools, and equipment are safe before use.
- Promote safety awareness and encourage secure work practices.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
