- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching International prospects and generating leads
- Contacting potential and existing International customers on the phone, by email, and on Video Calls
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Knowledge of ODOO software
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meeting

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification - Graduate , If Fresher - mandate to be an MBA
- Must have 3 to 4 years’ experience in Exports of Packaging material and preferably in Exports of Technical Laminates
- Presentation Skills, client relationship, negotiation, meeting sales goal, creativity, sales planning, motivation for sales
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of EXIM trade process & policies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques




- Quick learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach – Target oriented will be added advantage
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
