Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Summary

Agrim Solar is looking for experienced Dispatch Executive with hands-on knowledge of electrical & hardware materials. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in an electrical shop, hardware shop, solar distributor, electrical wholesaler, or similar industry.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing customer orders, verifying materials, coordinating dispatches, organising transportation, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.

Pick, pack, label, and load materials according to invoices.

Verify materials before dispatch.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and transport teams for timely deliveries.

Ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transportation.

Coordinate with transporters and customers regarding dispatch status.





Maintain dispatch and transporter records.

Assist in stock verification, inventory management, and cycle counting.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of electrical and hardware products such as:

Solar PV Accessories

Wires and Cables

MCBs, MCCBs & RCCBs

Distribution Boards (DB)

Cable Glands & Lugs

PVC & GI Conduits

Electrical Fittings and Accessories

Eligibility

10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, electrical shop, hardware shop, or solar industry.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Preferred Candidates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
