Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)
Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR professional for immediate joining to independently manage end-to-end HR operations across India and the United States.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring hands-on experience in U.S. payroll, compliance, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. The selected candidate will serve as the single point of accountability for People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for India and U.S. roles
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts

Payroll & Compliance

- Process India payroll (including PF compliance)
- Manage U.S. payroll using ADP
- Handle 401(k) coordination and payroll tax compliance
- Ensure attendance accuracy and PTO tracking

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage system/email access and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance

Benefits Administration

- Administer U.S. health insurance programs
- Manage India statutory benefits

HR Operations & Governance

- Draft and implement HR policies and handbooks




- Manage performance processes and exit formalities
- Maintain structured HR systems aligned with organizational SOPs

Procurement Support

- Coordinate procurement requirements for LifeSciences Imaging locations

Eligibility Criteria

- Proven experience in HR operations (India + U.S. preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of PF, 401(k), and payroll compliance
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM – 6 AM IST)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
