We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – Commercial Leasing to manage client requirements, conduct site visits, and close leasing deals for commercial properties such as office spaces and retail outlets. The role involves handling company-provided leads and ensuring end-to-end leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Requirement Understanding

- Handle assigned leads and client inquiries for commercial leasing.
- Understand client requirements including budget, location, and space needs.
- Provide suitable property options based on client preferences.

Property Presentation & Site Visits

- Coordinate and conduct site visits for office spaces and retail properties.
- Present property features, pricing, and leasing terms clearly.
- Assist clients in shortlisting properties.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with property owners/landlords.
- Ensure timely closure of leasing transactions.

Market Knowledge

- Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, rental values, and availability.




- Track competitor properties and pricing strategies.

Documentation & Coordination

- Assist in lease agreement process and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth closure.
- Maintain client records and transaction details.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling office space / retail leasing preferred
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on closures
- Good knowledge of local commercial property market

- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Compensation:

- CTC: 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 Open / As per industry standards
- Attractive incentives are provided.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
