Job description:
» Responsible for all Business Development and Sales activities in his assigned territory
» Managing Business Development team




» Key account management of existing customers, identifying new customers
» Technical discussions with customers, understanding their needs, suggesting suitable solutions to them
» Working with the Project Engineering Team to design a solution
» Demonstrating and benchmarking our products against the competition and acquiring orders
» Prepare Costing sheets, Prepare and Send Techno-Commercial Proposals
» Participate in Tenders
» Contract Negotiations
» Coordinate between Project Team and Customer during execution to sort out technical and commercial issues
» Achieve Targets
» Coordinate with Customers during Acceptance and Proving Phase
» Collect Payments
» Continuous account management of newly acquired customers for repeat business
» Adequate market knowledge of the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha
» Positive written and verbal communication skills
