Responsibilities

- Academic Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lectures, lab instructions, and workshops.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching notes, and practical manuals.
- Assess students through assignments, class tests, viva, and exams.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in class.
- Student Development
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and counseling.
- Motivate students for skill development, projects, and innovation.




- Guide students in industrial training and final-year projects.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation processes.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, technical fests, and industrial visits.
- Professional & Institutional Growth
- Upgrade knowledge through training, FDPs, and research.
- Contribute to publications, patents, and innovative teaching methods.
- Support institutional initiatives like skill development programs, extension activities, and community services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
