Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and assessment skills, be capable of identifying high-potential talent, and have experience hiring for both volume and niche positions, including International Sales, leadership, and other mid-to-senior level roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on communication, skills, attitude, and role fit.
- Hire for diverse roles, including International Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, and other critical positions.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Required Skills:

- 2–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Solid sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment databases.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate quality and cultural fit.
- Strong communication ,fluent English, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for International Sales and mid-to-senior level positions is highly preferred.
