Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Battery Assembly Technician to join our lithium battery pack manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in lithium pack assembly, BMS testing, cell sorting and grading, laser welding and pack testing procedures, with knowledge of LFP, NMC, and LTO technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform assembly, integration, and testing of lithium-ion battery packs (LFP, NMC, LTO).

· Carry out cell sorting and grading to ensure quality, consistency, and performance.

· Conduct BMS testing, cell balancing, and verification of pack performance.

· Execute cell and pack testing procedures, including capacity, cycle life, and safety checks.

· Interpret and work with electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring layouts.

· Apply basic electrical sizing fundamentals for pack configuration and system integration.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and EHS guidelines.

· Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results,



and quality checks.

· Coordinate with engineering teams for troubleshooting, improvements, and product validation.

· Experience in laser welding machine operations.

Key Requirements:

· Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.

· 1+years of relevant experience in a lithium battery pack manufacturing unit.

· Strong knowledge of LFP, NMC, and LTO battery technologies.

· Experience in cell sorting, grading, and matching for pack assembly.

· Hands-on experience in BMS testing, cell testing, pack validation, laser welding machine operation.

· Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and apply electrical sizing basics.

· Skilled in using electrical testing equipment.

· Good problem-solving, teamwork, and safety compliance mindset.

· Exposure to automation, laser welding, and advanced testing setups & Experience in EV, BESS and renewable energy applications are preferable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,061.65 per month
