Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive for our Steel and TMT trading business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for TMT and steel products.
- Visit dealers, contractors, builders, and project sites to promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports, customer data, and market feedback reports.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.




- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain confidential customer and business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Steel, TMT, Building Materials, or Construction Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
