BLACKBULL AI is launching a Hybrid Job Opportunity for legal professionals to contribute to the development of next-generation Legal AI systems. This role is exclusively focused on Legal Research and Development and requires professionals who possess excellent legal drafting skills, strong analytical abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of Indian laws.

This is not a litigation or court-practice position. The role is dedicated to legal intelligence, legal technology, AI training, corporate documentation, legal research, compliance analysis, and knowledge management.

Mandatory Eligibility

Applicants must possess:

- Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Strong Corporate Legal Drafting skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Circulars, and Legal Procedures.
- Ability to understand and interpret legal provisions accurately.
- Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Qualified documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work with AI-assisted legal research tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Educational Qualification

- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- LL.M. (Preferred)
- Additional certifications in Corporate Law, Compliance, Contract Drafting, or Legal Research will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research across Indian laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare corporate legal drafts, agreements, notices, opinions, and legal reports.
- Assist in developing Legal AI knowledge databases.
- Review and analyse Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, and Government circulars.
- Create structured legal summaries and compliance documents.
- Support AI model training with accurate legal content.




- Verify legal references, citations, and statutory updates.
- Draft SOPs, legal workflows, compliance frameworks, and corporate documentation.
- Maintain legal knowledge repositories and research records.
- Coordinate with internal R&D; teams on AI-based legal projects.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and legal reliability of research outputs.
- Perform comparative legal analysis across multiple statutes.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives within the Legal AI ecosystem.
