- 4 5 years of hands on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ IIQ development including customization and end to end implementation
- Solid experience in application onboarding including connector setup aggregation provisioning and certification configurations
- Proficiency in writing reviewing and debugging complex BeanShell rules workflows provisioning rules and custom business logic
- Ability to read understand and analyze existing workflows and rule logic to support enhancements and troubleshooting activities
- Solid understanding of SailPoint APIs and their usage for integrations customizations and automation

- Provide Level 3 support for Saviynt IGA resolving issues escalated from L1 L2 teams
- Performed root cause analysis RCA on defects raised by customers end users in Saviynt and provided corrective and preventive action recommendations
- Monitor and troubleshoot Saviynt services connectors workflows tasks and jobs
- Manage identity lifecycle tasks and scheduled jobs
- Perform impact analysis and ensure stability during production deployments and updates
