Position: Solar Technician cum Electrician

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
Requirement: Two-wheeler & Driving License preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of solar power systems at project sites.
- Electrical wiring, cable laying, conduit work, and panel connections.
- Installation of solar modules, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing systems.
- Troubleshooting electrical and solar system issues.
- Testing and commissioning of solar systems.
- Ensure proper safety practices at site.
- Coordination with site supervisors and project engineers.
- Daily reporting of site work progress.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of tools and testing instruments.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork.
Salary
Best in Industry + Site Allowances + Travel Allowances (if applicable)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Physically fit for field/site work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
