Description:

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or other distributions).
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Perform regular backups and recovery testing.
- Automate tasks using shell scripting (Bash, Python, or Ansible).
- Configure and manage services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with server administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
