We are looking for experienced and target-driven Business Development Executives / Business Development Managers to join our B2B Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic and international B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads.
- Handle inside sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Present products and services professionally to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms is preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
