Job Summary

Plantooras is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates from Ernakulam or nearby locations.
- Experience in landscaping, home décor, plants, construction, interiors, retail, or related industries will be an added advantage.
