Key Responsibilities:

* Operate FPV drones safely for testing, inspection, surveillance, racing, or tactical missions.

* Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

* Execute manual and autonomous flight missions.

* Monitor telemetry, battery health, GPS, video transmission, and radio link quality.

* Capture stable and mission-specific video/data.

* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams during field trials.

* Maintain flight logs and incident reports.

* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety procedures.

Requirements:

* Experience flying FPV drones in Acro/Manual mode.

* Knowledge of flight controllers (Betaflight, ArduPilot, INAV, PX4).

* Familiarity with ELRS/Crossfire, VTX, FPV cameras, and telemetry.

* Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and communication issues.

* Willingness to travel for field testing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
