Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Operations Management

- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and effective business functioning.
- Monitor operational processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Support management in achieving operational goals and business targets.

2. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, and Production.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational issues.

3. Inventory & Resource Management

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and supply activities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of company resources and assets.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.

Compliance & Quality Control

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Monitor operational quality standards and implement corrective actions where required.

6. Vendor & Customer Management

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, and service requirements.
- Handle customer queries and operational escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely execution of operational commitments.

7. Team Coordination

- Assist in managing and coordinating operational staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Support training and development initiatives for operational teams.

Pay: ₹15,159.29 - ₹30,000.00 per month
