Job Overview:

Brainwing is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer (ArchViz) to produce high-quality architectural visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, lighting, materials, and composition, and can transform architectural drawings and concepts into photorealistic visual experiences.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualizations and renderings.
- Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, CAD files, and sketches.
- Repair, optimize, and prepare 3D models for rendering and presentation.
- Produce photorealistic images, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations and marketing materials.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental effects.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production, image enhancement, and compositing.
- Use Adobe Illustrator for presentation graphics and supporting visual assets when required.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project requirements.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or Architectural Visualization Artist.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D,



or similar tools.
- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and architectural design principles.
- Experience repairing and optimizing 3D models and assets.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating architectural animations and walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and software such as Revit is a plus.
- Familiarity with real-time visualization and interactive presentations.
- Experience working with international clients and design teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
