About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in generating business through freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in client acquisition, proposal writing, lead generation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
- Search and identify relevant projects daily.
- Write winning proposals and communicate with prospective clients.
- Handle client negotiations and close deals.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development.
- Proven experience working on Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
- Strong proposal writing and bidding skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of IT/Digital Marketing service sales.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
