Our cutting-edge multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value.Currently, we are on the lookout for an amazing Data Analyst who has the skill and knowledge to turn raw data into information and insights, which can be used to make business decisions.

As a Data Analyst, you will:

- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement reporting infrastructure, interactive dashboards, and other analytical tools to provide insight into the data.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and highlight any issues in the existing databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Develop regression and forecasting models using historical data to predict the future performance of the portfolio.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.




- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

As a Data Analyst, you must have:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Excel, SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Tableau etc.
- Develop regression and forecasting models using historical data to predict future performance of the portfolio
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing and visualising datasets (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Seaborn)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Keen interest in solving problems using data and providing a new perspective to stakeholders

Good to have:

- Knowledge about the practices and procedures in the US unsecured lending industry.
- Experience in supervised and unsupervised model development.
